Even glass can't hold their love back
He peered through the glass at her, his trembling hand placed up against it. His once joyful eyes showed a fear, and sadness, that betrayed the gentle smile on his lips.
Her hand met his on the other side, trembling too. She forced a smile, as her heart ached to wrap her arms around her Love, for her own security and sanity as well as his.

"I love you", she mouthed, and he mouthed it back. No sound was heard, but the passion that transpired between the two was so strong it seemed even the glass couldn't hold it back.
Begrudgingly, they turned to part ways, both leaving a little piece of themselves in that booth for the other.
