For the past four days i woke up at 6.00 am and went to the nearby park for a walk.From my childhood I always wish to have a morning walk as my habit,I am happy now that my dream came true.It is obvious for anyone that going for a morning walk is a very very simple thing to do,but it was different in my case.I always wonder the thing which prohibited me to try this once in my life time.Keeping aside all my surprise regarding my habit,let me tell you my experience.
Near my home there is a park.Many people will be there and they remind me that going for a morning walk is a simple thing.Those people from different agegroup motivates and inspires me to takke care of my body.When I walk many thought arises within me about various thing like friends,family,my goals,my mind,environment,etc.After a walk I feel fresh mind and body
