Re book static item contest poll
Hey son, remember me?
its me, your dad.
Or i as well used to be

You cant keep writing like that
Having a heart attack as i read
I know i let you down
So like you would say, let me be

Maybe I am poor
But not a bum from the streets
Because you know as well
That i can stand on my own two feet

So is your mom still there?
Is she good, is she ok?
I actually dont care
When she is sad she makes my day

This is cruel enough
To make you understand
That sometimes you gotta step up
And act like a man

Life is no fairy tale
It hurts and it stains
Thats why your mom
Says she is feeling pain

So farewell son
I wont write again
I hope you grow up
To not be like me someday.

Honestly, Your Father

P.D. even if you dont, i still love you
