About someone walking into something that knew was only going to end badly
Don't ask me why
I didn't hurt you, I never lied.
You were the one who spoke of love,
You slipped into it like a perfect glove.
I never wanted to be with you
But you were fun to use.
Now you look at me,
You glare when you think I don't see
But don't think that it hurts
I'm nothing like your others.
I take pleasure from your pain
To me it's nothing more than a game
I never told that it would last
You said you wanted this to be more than you'd had in the past
But I was only looking for an orgasm
But you got lost in some darkened chasm
Now you mock me
Now you see
That I'm not the kind of girl
You wanted in your world.
I guess you were good in bed
But don't believe all the words that I said.
Don't think that what you said leaves a mark
My skin has grown tougher than a shark.
So you can throw your scorn
Try to prick my heart with a thorn
But you forgot my dear
That I'm the one in charge here.
Don't you dare think for a mere second
That I'll let you get the best of it.
Spit on me, look down your nose at me
But you're no better than I'll ever be.
