Peace

Peace is what I long for when I lie awake at night.
So many poeple die at war not knowing why they fight.
Do they die for freedom or do they die for hate?
Are they dying for religion,my god is it too late?
Are you looking down on us?
Can't you see from up above?
This world could use a little help.
Could you spread a little love?
I'm sure theres others praying that at the very least,
Someday you'll stop the violence
and bring the world some blessed peace.
