It feels like my minds eye is my blind eye as I stare in to the twilight of a broken day looking over a nation polluted by it’s twisted ways, where death and carnage pay and demons play provoked by the words the preachers say. Children walk along streets of broken dreams and shattered glass, blinded by clouds of ash with no choice but to choke on the toxic smoke as they search for the sunshine in the nighttime and a mother weeps for her children sleeping on blood stained sheets. I close my eyes as the last slivers of light leave the sky, leaving me to my darkness with the heartless fiends surrounding me.
