I'm kinda freaking out right now, so i figured this embodies it well.
I don’t want to leave,
But now, it seems
That I have no choice.
Unanswered calls, forgotten dates,
All point to the lies that you’ve told.
And now, I don’t think we’ll make it.
But for some reason, my heart won’t let go
And it clings
To the strands of happiness
That you’ve spread in my life.
But the forgotten feeling masks them
With the taste of pure melancholy.
And I don’t like that flavor.

The flavor that was there first,
The taste of pure heaven,
Was sweet,
Gentile,
And the best thing that ever happened to me.
But now,
And those three words,
Those lovely words,
When they come from your mouth,
I don’t think I can believe them anymore,
Because you’ve forgotten
What they mean.
