The Color Gray

Zehra had been gone for seven years. She was living in the guise of a human taking care of her wards, the twins, two very important children , who are to play a very important part in the final battle. The switch had been made quickly as their mother died at childbirth. Zehra took the guise of their mother and raised them as her own in the the human world.
" Cappen, I came to close to complete integration.! I cannot risk that again"
" What are you going to do , take extra potion?"
" No, to risky, I willl have to do it the old fashion way"
" Well...."
" Do not worry , I am not giving you any details . I know how you are about magic."
" I wish we could stay longer and remenisce , but I have to get back."
" Welll, then.... he slapped his knees as he rose from the chair, I will be seeing you in Covenant, then?"
" Covenant."
We hugged and he disappeared through the hidden doorway and was gone.
Cappen had filled me in , on what was going on, the Otherworld was still safe. I could not return the way I came and now I had to be extra careful. I went through another secret passage, not even Cappen knows about, and entered my mansion on the Island, where the Tapestry of Life was safe and secure. I touched it to the location...
Guess I best finish this room . It was about five thirty, and I can hear the kids across Green Holly retuning from the park. If they are truly who they are suppose to be they will see through my illusion. Think I will make it a tad difficult.
They burst into the house and came and hugged me.
" O.K. guys lets' get cleaned up for dinner.
