As simple as the title sates, it's about a tomboy.
Faded jeans,
and a beat up shirt,
not Daddy's girl,
no makeup - no skirt,
here a cut,
and there a scrape,
and sour as,
an un-ripened grape,
tall and lanky,
skinny and lean,
she knows the deal,
that's why she's mean,
always hangs,
with the boys,
through grime and dirt,
she gets her joys,
yeah she's a tomboy,
'cause that's where she belongs,
and maybe it's right,
and maybe it's wrong,
but it's the only thing she really wants,
just one place to belong.
