I wrote this for for a few ppl tha used to be in my life.
Cracked like glass,
All over the floor,
Her body lie broken.
He's crushed her hopes,
He's ripped apart her dreams,
He's betrayed her,
He's killed her.
Her brother had to protect his pride,
His pride left her helpless.

Broken like glass,
Her heart is crushed,
He's ripped it out,
Turned it into an icy, hollow hole.
He's killed her.
All the laughter from her joy,
All the smiles from her presence,
They're gone,
All of them.
All because of an angry step-father,
He's left her for dead.

Shattered like glass,
Her soul has fallen to peices.
All her plans so carefully made,
Torn apart at the edge of the seams,
Because he doesn't love her anymore.
He said forever,
But he only meant a month.
She gave him everything,
All but her innocence.
He's killed her from the inside,
An ex-boyfriend that fell for another girl.

Crushed like glass,
Her spirit has been killed.
She's tried to tame her,
A mother that couldn't stand,
To look at her own daughter.
She's killed the poor girl,
Or at least she's tried her hardest.
She's made her emotionless and hateful,
The result of all the abuse.

Fixed like glass,
Herlife is coming back.
He's finally found her,
A threshold for her to be among the living.
He's healed her broken body,
Pieced together her shattered soul,
Fixed her broken heart,
Freed her chained spirit,
Just by saying that everything's okay,
Because he loves her.
He gives her the wings,
To fly with angels,
He loves he so deeply.

She looks at him now,
All her love, happiness, and joy restored,
And tells him she loves him.
She tells him,
She's thankful he found her.
She was afraid he'd be too late,
And she wouldn't be with him now.
Instead she'd know she'd be six feet under.
All because she was told one thing,
That nobody cared.
