For dad.


She stood there in suspicion, afraid that the flood would take her heart.
As the water wraps its self around  her legs , it almost cuts off her circulation.
Uncomfortable but no escape.
She refuses to let anyone stop her, her ambition has rescued her.

She couldn’t have done it without the grace of  the one she loves most,
The encouragement came from his smile, she never has to see it
She knows that his love is no fantasy, its powerful and forever.

She never asks for much. She understands.
Proud of him, that’s enough.
Her stars keep her spirit, safe in the sky.
Out of touch.

She knows she cant see him, but  everything she does is for him.
Her wishes are kept secret , but they are for him.
Her kisses, limited.
But for him, he has my heart.
