ROSES ON THIS GLOOMY DAY


Rain falling down from the sky.

Your world came falling down and you don't know why

You look in the sky to see the sun

Only to say "Bye, looks like you are on the run"

The sky is crying, tears hitting your face

The clouds aren't moving, they're staying in their place


Every time you yell, the clouds roar

They can feel your pain, your heart is sore

You moan and you weep but you need to say no more

Knock, Knock, Knock, who can that be at the door?

Open the door to look on the floor and a smile comes your way

Somebody knew your pain, so they sent you roses on this gloomy day.
