This poem is for a friends friend she ended killing her mother for drinking and driver
I'm so sorry.
Do you forgive me?
Please understand.
Now your free.

I'm so sorry.
I don't drink and drive no more.
I miss you so much.
I wish it was my friends I had ignored.

I'm so sorry.
Mommy please just listen.
I'm pretty sure
It's you I'm missing.

I'm so sorry.
I wish you could hold me.
I want to hear your voice,
And your face I want to see.

I'm so sorry.
I wish God took my soul.
I wish you were still here
For me to see you is my goal.

I'm so sorry.
I want to feel your embrace.
this is something I regret.
I want to feel your young soft face.

I'm so sorry.
I was just so numb.
The liquor and beer filled up to me.
I never knew you would come.

I'm so sorry.
You crossed the street at the wrong time.
And now I killed you mommy.
That was my crime.
