Realisation on what ones actions lead to.
I should never have done what I did
I felt so awkward afterwards,
It felt like everyone stared
Like everyone thought
That I had fallen for you
That I had lied about
The issues I have
That it was just a cover-up
But I swear, it wasn’t so
I just had a temporary moment of insanity,
A moment I wish I could take back
I couldn’t talk to you for ages afterwards
I felt embarrassed, uncomfortable
Something that had never happened
Between us before
