Cramp entry
"Dad, Dad!" called Jimmy running through the house, clutching a letter in his hand. He raced upstairs to find his dad, Harry, watching the Broncos kick the Dallas Cowgirls around the field. "Dad, Uncle Joe sent me a plane ticket!"

"That's great, Jim."

"Man, I can't wait 'till June! We're gonna hike and fish and camp. Just hole up and live off the land. He said we can stay up at the cabin as long as I want! I wonder what Thomas looks like now. Ya think he's bigger than me?"

"Don't know . . . maybe. What you really oughtta be wonderin' though, is how you're gonna get your mom to let you go campin' up on Rainier. You know sh--"

"She already said it was okay."

"Did she?" Harry stared at his boy in amazement. "How'd you do that?"

"Why by saying the magic word, of course . . . I called it an 'ecotour'," said Jim with a wink.
