but I love her.
What do you do when the cat sits on what you're suppose to write... |
Shiva In your baby blue eyes live the thoughts I want to hear more then anything else Am I good to you? Are you happy? Your white soft furr comforts me when I'm sad Your little white paws mess up the things I bake when you want to know what I' m doing Darling, you're not allowed to pitter-patter on the dough How can someone so small take up so much space? You force me to curl up in the coner of the bed even though your not even one arm long... You wake me up in the middle of the night with your gentle little paw on my face so that I will let you lay under the warm quilt You purr content when you get it your way (don't you always?) and you give me the privilege to scratch you under your chin You force me to watch really bad TV because I don't have the heart to wake you up as you are sound asleep in my lap Your gray face shows up and those blue eyes stares questioning at me when I cry I'm sorry for the times I call you stupid when you fall of the table, but aren't cats supposed to be gainly? I'm sorry for the times I yell at you when you break things Is that what makes you so angry sometimes? So angry that your eyes are black and your tail whips back and forth... You warm my heart when you leave your warmed up spot in the bed to welcome me when I come home How many times I've wondered what I did before you, there is no answer I start to believe there was nothing before you. How I love you, you furry crazy diva! Even now when you're sitting on my notebook forcing me to notice you as you interupt me in my writing... It's hard not to consider you human, because your actions are so ofter more human then anything else How you follow me around the apartment so extremely interested in everything I do So social, so hungry for company You listen to every word I read to you, you hear everything Therefore I will always wonder: What thoughts live in that beautiful head of yours? Ours is a strange relationship But I know you love me, even when I pitter-patter on your nerves... |
