I know you like a reflection in my soul,
entangled and intertwined feeling alone.

Days linger as the years,
knowing my loves, my hopes, my fears.

Subtle as a blatant assault to my senses,
so wisdom and forgiveness the mind dispenses.

Waiting, yearning falsely kissing,
seeking in others the you I'm missing.

Our language unspoken connects the heart clearly,
