This Is a poem I wrote on thanksgiving eve.
Tis Grace

As I lye here in my bed
I think upon thy grace
How great it is to know one day
That I shall see your face
I was dead but now I live
Because of your great love
When this earthly body dies
I'll find myself above
Thank you for your sacrifice
For offering your son
The Lamb of God was lifted up
And life eternal won
Oh how great thy faithfulness
Does not depend on me
I can't earn true righteousness
If so grace wouldn't be
Not sweat nor zeal with wrong idea
Will get us to the Father
Without Jesus there's no use
To try to even bother
He called himself the way the truth
The life the Lord of all
By grace a man may proskuneo
And hear the Father's call
