more beautiful depravity...
Thrown back in the trenches of personal hell,
just another angel who fell.

Consumed by all of your words so filled with hate,
don't bother anymore because now its too late.

She let the pills and the bottle decide her fate,
death wasn't coming fast enough for her to wait.

A made-up face and polished nails in a pool of blood,
how much will she be drug through the mud?

How can you look in the face of your child and be so cruel?
How do pretend you didn't say it and act so cool?

Red, shiny trails of tears cover her from head to toe,
tell the stories of pain she never wanted you to know.

Sorrow pumping through her heart and out her veins,
a hollow shell of your daughter is all that remains.

Isn't it funny all those same words were told to you?
The only difference is for you they're true.

You've already sacraficed the heart that was inside,
she knows you could care less if she died.

Her fingers wrapped tightly around cold steel,
a result of wounds never alowed to heal.

Lines dug deeply across porcelin skin,
are you happy now, you win!

Drown by the pressure holding her under water,
how can you say those things to your own daughter?

No clue who she is or what she does each day,
now you'll never know 'cause she went away.

She finally broke, stopped trying to fight,
death has been knocking and will be let in tonight.

Painted the floor in red, took each pill,
hurt and pain she just wanted to kill.

Self hatred created by your twisted idea of love,
a line crossed with a violent shove.

She finally broke down and gave in,
Is this the prize you hoped to win?

She just couldn't hold on anymore,
hit her this time deep in the core.
