About a man/women who dies in a fire...
The towns and streets burned as I walked
Fire was everywhere and nothing I do
Could stop anything now and here
I tried to listen and remember
What my ancestors told me, but without a care
Back then I turned away emptied-eared

Foolishness I know, I longed to see and feel
What I’ve missed for so long
My family and loved one, my pets and friends
Shattered, my hope, I lifted my strong blue eyes
I tried to imagine the happiness I have never felt

I know the time is soon, when I will too
Burn in this glowing red angry fire
For all the sounds that surround were
Red crackling burns and shattering hearts

I reached out as I thought, seeing a mirage
My hand started to burn and tingle
But I felt nothing of it, nothing
I continued to walk without stopping
Not knowing where I was going
