Fallen Soldier

Wether I have fallen
By bullet or blade,
Judge not for one second
The choice I have made.

Let no tear fall
With sorrow meant for me,
Instead share a smile
Over heartfelt memories.

I'll now spend time
With loves we've all lost,
So know that I'm happy
To pay my life as the cost.

And in those dark times
When pain swells your eyes,
Remember how deeply I loved you
And as your angel I shall rise.
