~WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN~

All day long she’s been waiting,
anticipating the night;
When he would be there with her,
and her world would all seem right.

He always knew where to touch her,
and he knew just where to start;
It wasn’t somewhere on her body,
it was deep within her heart.
~
He was taking her out for dinner,
at her favorite restaurant;
And every second of her day,
he consumed her every thought.
~
She was without a doubt,
addicted to this man;
She craved him with a hunger,
that no one could understand.
~
Her thirst for him unquenchable,
as she could not get enough;
Of his kisses which made her desire,
the warmth of his soft, gentle touch.
~
And as she waited for him,
thoughts danced within her mind;
Tonight she would give herself freely,
no excuses could she seem to find.
~
Their evening was most enchanting,
everything she hoped it would be;
And as he held her close to him,
she fulfilled his every need.
~
Lying within his arm’s,
they watch the Sun slowly rise;
She can’t help but think to herself,
“Oh where have you been all my life”?
