We as a society have allowed time to control our thoughts, and dictate our actions. External clock is set time determine by people to see time as concert. . This form of time is planning for the future, thinking in the present, and reliving the past. A time clock determine the time. To solely relay on one form of time, can led to an unblanced life and a feeling of being out of sync. The synchronizing of the internal and external clocks can allow a balance, productive, and guily free life. Go for a day without checking a clock, and not asking for the time.
