The Gift of Light

STOP!!!

Stop whatever you are doing right now and sit still…

Be still….

Quiet your mind….

It doesn’t matter if you are in the office, in your living room, or in your study right now. Just Stop! Think! And be still!

For some of you this may seem absolutely impossible; what’s my boss gonna say; I have to make Johnny’s’ supper; I’m gonna be late for work; I have to get to the bank; I must call my girlfriend/mum/sister/brother/did I remember to put water in the dog bowl…etc

Well, all I ask is for a few minutes of your time to BE STILL and quiet your mind…

Now, imagine that there is a brilliant white/golden column of light shining above your head…

Hold your hands up, palms up…

Close your eyes and wait until you start to feel your palms tingling, you may feel warmth, you may feel pressure, you may feel nothing – if that is the case, imagine that you feel one of the other sensations or any other sensation in your palms. It will only take a few seconds….

Slowly the light above, beams down on to you through the top of your head,
as it does, feel it enter your head and travel down through your face muscles,
through your neck and shoulders,
down towards your heart, the brilliant loving light beams through your body and fills it warmly with beautiful golden white light as it does,
relaxing you and making you feel warm and cuddly and loved,
then watch it flow through your abdomen and pelvic regions,
now feel it move down through your thighs and legs and through your feet, towards Earth
while it is traveling down your body, feel the same beautiful golden/white light as it enters your body through your hands,
it travels up your arms and the brilliant golden/white light warms your shoulders as you watch it move down your spine, towards your heart and lungs,
the beautiful light is clean and pure and continues to travel smoothly through your body,
if it gets stuck anywhere, mentally give it  a soft push to help it along…

Now the brilliant golden/white light that has traveled down to the Earth has gone deep into Mother Earth and taken with it all negative emotions and feelings that you had…
In return Mother Earth, is now sending you back a beautiful emerald green light, that travels slowly up your feet, up your legs,
Up through your thighs, see the green light as it passes through your body and lights it up – if you can’t see it, no worries, just imagine it happening,
Feel the emerald green light as it moves up through your heart, up though your shoulders, down your arms and watch it flow out of your hands
Feel it flow up your spine, through your neck as the wonderful emerald green light brightens every cell in your body, 
It continues to flow through your face, bring you a joyful and accepting peace,
Until it is flowing out of the crown of your head

Now see both the gold and the emerald light flowing through your body, feel them as they warm you and make you feel absolutely wonderful, loved and protected and see them fill your heart,
See them as your heart, then your body begins to fill and you feel that you are expanding with the beautiful loving light energies,
Now…. Release the wonderful loving green/golden/light energies from your heart,

Send them out of your body with love into the room that you are in, as they continue to expand further and further out, push them out with the loving light from your own heart,
To your loved ones, to your family, to your friends but since this is now an unstoppable wave of light, watch it is as the beautiful golden/white/emerald light flows out of your walls, your building, your garden, feel it as it touches everyone and everything in its path,

Watch the beautiful light expand outside of your city and across your continent,
Feel this beautiful warm loving light as it fills the ocean and the skies as it touches every human, every animal, every plant and every rock on the planet,
Watch the light as it expands around the world and grows ever bigger as it picks up more light from every soul doing the same thing at this moment,
Watch it now as it echoes back to you and fills you again with all of that love…

Now tell me how you feel…Tell me what you saw…Tell me that this is what every person on this planet wants to receive every moment of their lives…Tell me how difficult that was to do…Tell me how wonderful it is to receive this gift of love and light…and tell me how equally wonderfully it was to give it…

How much did this gift cost you??? 
Know that you have just received and given universal unconditional love and that it is a gift that we all have available to us at every instant of our lives, a gift that is given from The One, The Source, The Creator, God, Allah, Buddah and THE ONE THAT IS!
