I woke up yesteday
this was not an ordinary day
It was my birthday
I was so mad, yes mad
Lord, I was mad at you
I was mad at you because yesterday I wanted lots of money for my birthday
You said You woul send me the money tomorrow
It was my birthday and where was the money you promised me?

Yesterday you said, come to me
And I said I will come to you tomorrow
Lord, I knew there was no tomorrow
Yet I said I would come to you tomorrow, why?
I thought what i had to do was important
Maybe i was too busy to come to you
Lord, you knew there was no tomorrow
Yet you promised to give me money tomorrow, why?
I realised you were probably very busy to send me money

Lord I know there is no tomorrow
that is why you wanted me to come to you yesterday
I said i was too busy to come to you
and that i would come tomorrow
Now i know why you did not send me money
you were also very busy and decided to send it tomorrow

I am sorry for refusing to come to you yesterday
I am sorry for being mad at you Lord
I will come to you Today
Because there is no such thing as Tomorrow
I hope I will get all that i want Today
