Witches Spells Chants

Poetry - Rhymes, in Witchcraft are simplistic ways for the practitioner to remember the Guidelines, Rituals, Healings, Laws, Codes OF Conduct, and just plain fun of remembering to stay young in the incredible lives we live.  The following 5 spells/chants below are some of my most favorite poems I actually use in some of my Rituals and Celebrations in life with a brief explanation of what each spell is used for.  For the spell to be effective, always remember to repeat it 3 times to affirm your desires and wishes so that there is no doubt of your intentions!  Hope you enjoy, blessed be and be careful what you wish for! :)

1) PEACE SPELL (Used for entering circles, calming tempers, blessings, greetings and partings).

2) CLEANSING SPELL (Used to remove all negativity from your inner self, get a piece of paper, write down your negative thought you wish removed from your troubled heart, say this cleansing spell 3 times, to transform the impure thought from your self to the paper).

"I bind ye thoughts that are no good, I bind ye thoughts to this wood, These impure thoughts inside of me will now reside in this tree!"

3) Circle Casting, (this is a shorten version and an extra spell I use to open close my magickal circles, this ritual also involves candle magick).

4) SUN SET, SUN RISE RITUAL CHANT (This ritual is to remind us of our mortality, also a guideline to keep peace in your heart at all times, for this time here on earth is precious and quickly over before we know it.  The sun set is the metaphor for our physical deaths, the sun rise is the metaphor for our passing into the next Realm and spiritual bliss, this chant is used for both occasions of the sacred event).
