questioning Love...
What are thee Love?
Thou livest through time,
Endless and Everlasting.
Thou heals wounds
And art battle ceasing.
An epic story always
Bares an ending.
A blushing smile
Times too quickly.
Why Love?
--Why do thee have no ending?

What are thee Love?
Thou plays with thy eyes
-- to gaze upon his.
Thou plays with thy weaknesses
--Stumbling into his arms.
Thou plays with my hands
--Clasping soft silky skin.
And thou plays with thy heart
--Beating the same melody, “More!”
How Love?
How do thee conquer me so?

What are thee Love to thee?
Thou art a romantic sonnet,
A playful whisper upon thy ear,
Clusters of beautiful Iris.
The song in the air we breathe,
The “I Love Thee” upon his lips,
Gifts of attraction in his being.
Where Love?
Where may I go to fall again?
What are thou Love?
