I never miss you...
I never miss you

That one timed call
In the silence of the night
Destroying the peace I was in
Because I was thinking about you
And I heard the long awaited voice
On the other side of hell
Saying the bitter truth
Shattering the heart of stars

I kept reminding myself all was over
Shattered and buried deep inside
A part of flesh drawn away
The knife plunging deep into me
All was a mirage
It was put up for the stage
But never did I
I never miss you

I lie awake thinking about the past
How we used to laugh
Like roses blooming with the sun’s love
The heat around the deep fire
The nights are dark and lonely again
Nothing pleasant to think of then
But even now,
I never miss you

You had made that vow
Telling me never would you cross those doors
Never to let me go to the dark
Blissful was our life then
Everyday is like blades now
Stinging the doors of the heart
But I never do,
I never miss you

Each breath shows the end
The lungs filling with poison
Looking back at us its clear
Now is the darkness envelope
Suffocating me, killing me
The deep soul inside me
But never did I,
I never miss you

This path is leading nowhere
I don’t know what to do
Because now my heart is in two
And it pains through the soul
And lying is what I did
And now, I really do,
I really miss you

For a single moment
It seemed to me
The world was the right path
Proclaiming all was wrong
And that confused that I was
All the love was a mirage
The wrong of all deeds
Done by you and me

Because you left me alone
Left me here to rot
Shattering all hopes
Stabbing all the dreams
Uprooting the roses of bliss
Supportiveness all lost
But once again, I have taught
To forget all pain and strive
I will never miss you
