Its not worth my time

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service,
I have to much to do, to much on my mind.

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service
I was not born durring the time you risked your life for your country.

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service
I was busy going to college and protesting the war.

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service
it was just durring the cold war when you served.

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service,
I just dont think you gave anything to me personely.

Its not worth my time to thank you for your service
I never thought about what would happen if you didn't serve so its not important to me.

My answer to that is, then I guess its not worth my time to think that you deserve what we as veterans have given you, our service, our dead, our patritizim.
