Is what I heard her say
Not with words,
But with her way
Spent a long time
Wanting to be someone’s everything
Got what she wanted
Grew up fast
Only to realize
She was wrong all along
She wants to be free
“I don’t want to be anyone’s anything”
She sat reserved,
But I saw her scream,
You can only go so long
Before you have to breathe
