Children's Dreams

As I lay you down in bed
And kiss you gently on the head
I wonder what will be your dreams
As of to sleep you glide.

In your pure and innocent dreams
Will there be a hint of Him
Always watching over you,
Listening to your joyful screams

I know that he watches you,
Both day and night.
Just as he watches all the little children,
With all of His might.

I am glad that now you begin
To understand your prayers
Now adding prayers for others too
So they can understand him too.
