Why do,
People who are terrified inside,
Never let people see their fear?
People who are trying to do whats right,
Always get judged?
People who need support,
Never have a understanding?
People who get there feelings hurt,
Never get a shoulder to cry on?
People who get their heart torn out,
Never get it put back where it belongs?
People with the greatest goals,
Never get them met?
People with a soulful heart,
Never get true love?
People who want independence,
Never get better than dependence?
People with the sharpest eyes,
Never see anything worth their time?
People with intelligence,
Never get to use it?
People with the most passionate voice,
Never get to be heard?
People with a hard life,
Never get another?
People with strong emotions,
Never let anyone feel for them?
People with a tired souls,
Never let it get the rest it needs?
And why can't people like me,
Never get anything they deserve?
Why can't life be fair?
