"Darkness" - Poem

Darkness

Does fade; light from the world?
Is no spot left by the dark; for sanction to be taken by the weak?
Does encompass the dark; such bright pearls that have shone?
Do trees be taken in the dark, that so humbly under their limbs give shelter?
It is possible not, for the light to fade;
Darkness encompasses not one who knows the sun shall return to fight another night;
Darkness steals not the monuments of the sun;
Darkness forever not keep what the sun aspires;
Nor will we let the darkness blot out our light;
Rise we will, and stop the night invade.
