This poem is about a man who loved a woman more than the world or himself |
Defiled Once a white angel, that fell from the sky Then you turned black, no longer you fly Your spirit was bright, your essence so pure Your endless affection, your love was my cure Like a white rose we bloom, in the wind our souls sway White pedals turn red, in blood they decay I look in your eyes, corruption I see Deprived of the truth, no hope left in me Behind your emotions, I find your sick side No lies left to tell, no secrets to hide Through your deception, I see your true face This cruel bitter feeling, my heart can’t embrace Your fantasies rotten, your intentions so vile But you hide it so well, with your sweet humble smile Your dark tainted soul, has made my love die My heart torn to pieces, it beat for a lie I try to forgive, I search in my mind Just senseless regret, no mercy I find Your sick twisted lies, gave birth to my hate There’s no turning back, you've sealed your own fate I thirst for your blood, I crave your demise You plague my frail mind, with your ill wretched cries Your face wet with tears, your eyes full of fears I reach deep inside you, I fuel your nightmares My words sharp as daggers, and now they stab deep I pierce your cold heart, you kneel down and weep As I rip you apart, I hear your loud scream Don’t hope to wake up, this isn’t a dream I tear out your tongue, I hear no more sound I stitch your foul lips, shove your face in the ground Laying in your death bed, drowned in the pain Time slowly fades away, grain after grain I touch your soft skin, I feel your flesh bleed Your blood cold and rotten, overflowing with greed The guilt thrives and grows, the screams will not stop Insane and deranged, to my weak knees I drop Drained of all reason, no light left inside I pick up the knife, with my last drops of pride I stare at the blade, no reflection I see Still stained with your blood, it now drips on me With my last gasping breath, my life fades away I follow my heart, there’s no other way As you lay in your grave, your tears turn to dust Your heart was defiled, your love was just lust |
