Fingers hit the piano keys,
first white then black.

The chords humming in tune,
you hope you keep on track.

Close your eyes,
let the music guide.

Let the music fly,
in no time you will begin to glide.

Even without thinking,
your fingers dance.

Harder you push yourself,
you think your in a trance.

The music is hypnotizing you,
it feels like it’s teasing.

Sitting and staring,
you realize the music is pleasing.

The spotlight is hot,
all eyes on you.

Finally in the end,
they won’t ask “Brittany who?”
