Substitution Atonement

This is for all of you who claim to be Followers of Christ Jesus. Let these words peirce your heart and ask yourself "Am I truly living how God wants me to be?" Dwell on it... and look deep inside... and if you aren't, I hope your eyes will be open and you will be blessed and motivated by these words:




So I preach a lot about never being sad
Saying that this world is meaningless to me
And I say there’s no reason to ever be down or upset
I started to see life through God’s eyes
And recognized that I need him and he needs me to do his work
Jesus sacrificed his life for me, so the least I can do is give him all of mine
Just take these words in that I have to offer

See there’s a battle going on all around us
And we’re fighting for Jesus on the front lines
Don’t hide your light under a bag, you have the answer
Let’s begin this fight side by side
Understand that there’s only one way
And that’s through Christ Jesus
The Way, the Truth, and The Life

See there’s no way that Satan can have any power
Jesus Christ took it all away on the cross
The way everyone thinks it’s ok to sin
And do the things of this world
But the truth is that they are all blinded by Satan
You have the light that can open up their eyes!

You say that there’s no way this can be real
That there are no true answers to the life you live
Well I’m glad to say it, but you’re wrong
There’s only one way, and I can’t say it enough
J to the C, Jesus Christ, the way and life
He holds truth in his hands, so just go ask that man… he’ll answer
