This poem is about the tragic foolishness of what happens when people drink and drive.
The sirens sound and the paramedics rush to the scene.
All that can be seen is a twisted mass of metal that use to be a car.
The pair inside gone to a better place,
At least that's what we hope.
The reports say that they were drunk and driving faster than they should have been.

The church bells ring.
The sombre sound letting people know that a black parade is coming.
In the cemetary are two holes slightly bigger than the coffins they'll hold.
The coffins are lowered in and final tearful goodbyes are said.
This is the outcome of drunken foolishness.
