Reunited with my dear little feline angel, incredibly ecstatic
The duration of time lapsed had presented a sorrowful hollow
Our devastating separation had festered to the stage of traumatic
Elated and purring your love remains true and heart genuinely mellow.

Intensely cuddling and embracing, holding you in my arms so tight
Warm tears streaming combined with elation, gratitude and love
Fluent affection, so much time whisked past, yet I never lost sight
No day closed without prayer for my dear angel sent from above.

A truly fabulous reunion of heart and soul holding you in my arms
Captured within this heavenly moment so many emotions ran free
Dreadfully I awoke from this peaceful dream with all its charms
Remorsefully I remained alone, for no longer are you here in my arms.
