There is only one way out,
I hear it in their taunts and jeers,
“Fucking faggot, Queer, Faerie!”
Why don’t they see how much it hurts?

The knife in my fist is not for me,
I see it in my dreams,
The sticky crimson coating my fingers,
The “O” of their mouths in a shriek,
I see it and desire it,
They shall pay.

The first down is my best friend,
His voice calls out my name,
Our eyes catch,
“You are such a fag,”
I didn’t mean to do it,
The blade slips between his ribs.

He crumples at my feet,
Eyes slowly dimming with blood loss,
I whisper my love,
Kiss his cold lips,
Now he is a part of me,
But the day has just begun.

My heart turns to steel at the bell,
The mob has come,
All stop and stare at the body,
Silence descends as his ghost flies,
It is broken with a shriek,
She is next on my list.

I smile as though possessed,
Walk to the shrieking female,
“Hello Jasmine,”
The blade slices her throat,
Sweet silence again.

Rob the football captain comes at me,
Tries to tackle me like a football dummy,
I dodge to the left,
He barrels past unawares,
He catches the knife in his side,
“What have you done?”
Slowly he bends at the knees.

Pandemonium erupts,
Screams reach to the heavens,
The games have just begun,
Tonight I shall feast on their souls.

One by one I cut them down,
The words die in their throats,
No longer do they dare call me faggot,
I am the king!
Now bow before me!

Sirens suddenly fill the area,
Bloody carcasses surround me,
The door bursts open,
Strong, handsome police men step in,
I smile at them lovingly,
Do they think they can stop me?

Ten officers surround me,
Each holds a cocked .45,
I laugh in their faces,
Ten shots are fired at once,
My body falls atop my own victims,
Staring up at them I smiled,
You can never kill a dark faerie!
