This is an article on who you are and how to recognize this.
Just from the experience of living within the body comes the reality of who you are. Or at least partially. But it’s a good place to start from. And this is where most people do start. In the case of the average person this is completely acceptable. But as you may already suspect it will not always work as good as a more perhaps controversial method for certain individuals.

Obviously there are so many aspects to your body’s condition that we will only be able to touch with a few. The subject is too intense to go into unless you have a lot more time than you originally intended.

But basically your life essence is you. Some people may consider this only in the physical aspect. When the heart stops beating all the other bodily functions stop. This only remains true in this particular essence or aspect of yourself. You are not your physical life but perhaps we are getting ahead of our self. We will get around to this later however.

Most of us first recognize our Life essence from the point of totally existing in the body or so we think. It actually may be only the first memory or recognition we have of a process that must first be recorded somewhere, somehow and then remembered before it can ever be adequately recognized by us or anyone else.

We like to think that everything came in a flash but actually it’s been seeping through since the moment we were born. Usually too much at one time would make you feel drunk or woozy if you didn’t actually pass out from all the energy dysfunction.

We like to think of psychic or intuitive ability or spiritual qualities as being “given” or at the very least something that we can develop if we’ve been given a bit of it to begin with. But it’s actually much more than that. It’s not a gift that we can hold in our heart but merely our soul that we hold in our hands to be molded by our intention and of course we must not ever forget or deny it…our desire. If I want to be psychic and help you with your problems. I must love you. That must be my soul intention. And if its not, I will give you the wrong information or nothing at all to sustain you.

I may think and you may think that I have the right intention but nothing substantial will come from our conversation or we will get bored with each other quickly and have nothing to say to each other. Giving someone important information is never a one way thing. The energy must be recharged periodically and if nothing else, you must contribute to that. So actually you can only be psychic if you want to. Knowing and holding information is not the same as giving it out. Your mind may be able to pick it up and hold it but giving it out requires a personal and reactive touch and a completely rational decision. If you don’t love doing it, you shouldn’t. No one is forcing you to do this.

I’m a great believer in doing what you want to but I also believe in self motivation. That’s the only way you’re going to ever get any pleasure out of doing anything. This is where we may get into some controversy…implying that pleasure is an adequate and suitable measure or even the deciding factor in doing something. We seem to assume that pleasure is selfish or negative in its intent and existence and somehow unworthy. This is simply untrue. If you can do something for somebody and enjoy doing it, that makes it even better. Whoever came up with this theory probably never experienced true pleasure but only an abnormal amount of guilt. This is strictly a puritan attitude and absolute nonsense.

Of course we should think of the other person but not to the extent of being ridiculous. That kind of love is more an obsession to be held as an object to be worshipped but not really understood. If you actually require this, then you perhaps need to do a little soul searching and a great deal of introspection. It’s kind of like “Dial Home ET.”

Life seems to be an intense struggle. From birth til death we’re looking for something. Some of us appear, at least at variable times, to know what it is but others don’t seem to even have a clue. If the pressure gets toomuch, then we need to go to God and pray for the right state of mind and attitudes. He will always help us.
