Existance

He walks over the dead stone,
Across the endless dark,
Every soul has left him,
Now nothing but a mark

For he wished to live forever,
Beyond the course of time,
Beyond the death of everyone,
Never to decline

So he screams into the moonlight,
Slashing at his wrists,
Although he should be dying,
His body just resists

Stars shine through the darkness,
Another soul another life,
Gleaming so untouchable,
Just aiming to entice
