A Rant About Homophobia

I'm bisexual and I am totally for gay marriage. I don't understand why people go so far out of they're way to ban it, just because their religion says that true love is between a man and a woman. They think the bible is what defines true love. Last I checked, the bible is not the dictonary. In the dictionary, love is described as "a strong affection for another arising out of personal ties (as in between lovers)" it never specified what gender it had to be in. People like the president who want to ban gay marriage should sit down and think about how they would feel if they were denied the right of straight marriage or being denied marriage with the one they truly loved. If you ask me, it should be homophobia that is outlawed, not gay marriage.
