Chaotic

         Prologue

         A baby boy had just been born to Brandie, the mother of the wolf clan, and Alpha, the father of the clan. They now had five sons and their new one was to be named Chris. Chris was the youngest now so he got the birth right to become the leader of the clan when his father died.

         “He’s beautiful dear and I’m sure his brothers will love him.” Alpha told Brandie but the truth was that the others already hated their new brother because now their parents would spoil him and give them no respect.

         Ch. 1

         10 years later...

         “Chris come here, I have something to tell you about the creatures in the forest.” Kye, one of Chris’s four brothers said and Chris walked over to him and sat on his lap. Chris liked listening to Kye but he didn’t know that one day it would hurt him.

         “Ok, now there are demons like us who wont bother you one bit, then there are angels who kill demons that do bad things like killing an angel or falling in love with someone of the same gender and such on. Lastly there are vampires that come out at night and suck blood from their prey. They all have fangs and most of them such their prey dry. They don’t go after anything that’s to strong for them to handle, so they normally go after the weak and lost ones. Don’t be scared of them though because then they will come after you because fear makes you weaker.”Kye told Chris watching him. The truth was that Kye loved Chris a lot because Chris looked up to him and respected him more than anyone ever had but he loved his brother more than he should and knew that they could never be together which hurt him the most. He loved to see his younger brother smile and laugh and so he was always happy when Chris was happy. Since they could never be together the way he wanted because his parents forbid it he had to get Chris away to live his own life so that he could always be happy and be with who ever he wanted to be with.

         On the other hand Chris’s three other brothers hated him because he got all the attention. They wanted him gone for good and they didn’t care who they hurt in the process. Kye had to go along with them at times because he wanted his younger brother to be free and gone from the clan by the age of 16. Chris yawned because it was his bedtime and Kye smiled setting his brother own and standing up. He took Chris’s little hand and lead him to the bed that was Chris’s even if he knew that Chris would be in his bed by the morning because he always was.

         “Kye, can’t I sleep with you tonight?” Chris asked looked up at Kye with big puppy dog eyes wanting to stay near the only brother that he trusted. Kye sighed but gave his younger brother a simple nod and walked over to his bed. He sat down and waited fore Chris to get in. Chris got in and snuggled up to Kye after Kye laid down and pulled the cover over them. Chris was asleep very fast and Kye smiled, wrapping an arm around the younger one before falling asleep himself.

         Ch. 2

         6 years later...

         Kye had grown to hate not being able to love his younger brother the way he wanted to. Chris still trusted him with his life but Kye couldn’t stand to be around Chris sometimes because it hurt him to much. Kye still had Chris sleeping in the same bed as him because it made Chris happy. Chris was awake when Kye woke up that morning and smiled at him.

         “Chris, we are going to take you on a hunting trip but don’t follow us back, I want you to be free, I know that you’re strong so you’ll be fine out there but I must go now.” Kye told Chris before getting up and leaving the bed. Chris understood what his brother felt for him and understood the plan.

         6 hours later...

         “I hate him… We should get rid of him so that we get respected.” Kye said to the three that were with him. They all of course agreed with him because they all hated their younger brother Chris. Kye lied to his brother about hating Chris but it was the quickest way to get him out.

         “We should taking him on a hunting trip with us tomorrow and leave him…” Kye suggested because that is what he told Chris. They all liked that idea and decided to use it. The next morning Jeb, Kuran, Hank, and Kye got up and ate breakfast with their mother, Brandie and their father, Alpha. Chris was sitting there and eating as well.

         “Chris, why don’t you come on a hunting trip with us today?” Jeb asked Chris and Chris nodded happily already knowing about the hunting trip thanks to Kye. They left right after breakfast and went into the woods. Kye was glad that they where going to get Chris free.

         “Chris, I smell a deer just north of here, how about you go and get it?” Kye asked Chris and Chris knew that it was time to run off and be free. He would miss Kye but knew that this was for the best and Kye would come back for him after he became the leader of the clan.

         “I’ll be right back.” He told his brothers before running after the deer. His brothers on the other hand didn’t wait on him; they just went on the hunt themselves. Chris soon lost track of the deer and ten tried to backtrack but ended up getting more lost that he was before and it was dark.

         He remembered stories of vampires that Kye had told him when he was little. Kye had said that they suck their prey dry and only come out after it gets dark. His brother had also said that vampires only went after people or demons that were weak and were lost or scared of them. Right now Chris was very lost and very scared.

         His brothers were back home with their parents now telling them how Chris had been killed by an angel for being bad. Their parents were sad but they had no choice bit to give Chris’s birthright to Kye. Chris on the other hand just stayed in the meadow thinking of what to do now because he was free now.


         Ch. 3


         “Hello is anyone there?” Chris asked hopping that someone was around so that he could stay somewhere for the night. He smelled water near by so he went toward it and found that it was a lake. He washed his face off and figured that he could stay here for the night if he couldn’t find anyone to stay with. He didn’t realize that someone was watching him from behind the trees until he heard the leaves rustle. He stood up and quickly turned around to see if anyone was there, seeing no one but still feeling like something or someone was watching him he waited.

         “Who is there?” He asked and got nothing but silence in response. A vampire watched the wolf demon and shook his head. ‘That was too close.’ He thought hoping that the other would just go back to the way he was. He realized that the demon was lost and figured that he could take care of him for a while.

         He walked towards the boy, away from the shadows and watched him carefully. He himself was care to make no sudden movements so not to scare the other into falling backwards into the lake.

         “I’m the one you heard and I believe that you are lost, young one.” Chris watched the other and knew what he was as he looked into the dark red eyes of the vampire and couldn’t look away.

         “Y-yes I am lost, sir, but what are you doing out so late?” He asked a bit scared of the vampire but he tired to act bold so as to not become prey. He ran a hand through his dark brown hair to keep him clam down. He was wearing a simple black skirt and black shirt. His brown tail was down but he wouldn’t say that he was scared.

         “I promise not to hurt you, little wolf. I’m out here looking for prey but you look like you need a place to stay the night, so I suggest that you stay at my house for the night at least. You can leave in the morning in you like.” The vampire said with a small smile on his face. He had shoulder length black hair that caressed his pale face. He wore a dark blue shirt and blue jeans.

         Ch.4

         Chris hesitantly nodded as in a yes and slowly followed the vampire to his house as if wondering if it was a trick to prey on him. They got to the vampire’s house and the vampire went inside followed by the demon. The vampire sat down in a chair while the other stood, not sure what to do, while looking around the house with his eyes. He saw that they where probably in the living room right now. He spotted a wooden couch with dark red pillows as cushions, as well as a wooden table with wooden chairs and a dark brown wooden desk.

         “Sit down in a chair, young one. I’m called Katou, what is your name?” He asked watching the demon boy sit down across from him. He wondered what the other was doing outside at this time of night when he should be with his clan.

         “I’m called Chris, and if you’re wondering why I was in the woods at this time of night it was because I ran away from my clan.” Chris told Katou showing that he wouldn’t be intimated by a vampire. He was slowly getting used to the other.

         “That’s fine with me but I think that you should get some sleep.” Katou said and pointed to the bedroom, noticing that Chris was tired. Chris gave the vampire a simple nodded getting up and walking toward the bedroom.

         “Where will you sleep, Katou?” He asked the vampire calling him the name he had given him to show that he was not scared.

         “I’ll sleep in the bed too, just to make sure nothing happens.” He said getting up himself and walking toward Chris watching him to see how the young demon could act so boldly around a vampire. Chris nodded and went into the bedroom and laid down on the bed under the cotton sheets. He knew the bed was big and while waiting for the other he saw a wooden dresser that looked worn and a small wooden end table. He knew that the frame of the bed was wooden as well. Katou got in on the other side of the bed and covered up as well. They both said their goodnights and Chris fell asleep first. Katou moved closer to Chris and wrapped his arms around the demon boy before falling asleep himself.

         Ch. 5

         The morning came sooner than the vampire thought it should have. He slowly opened his eyes and saw that the demon boy was still asleep so he decided to get up and cook some breakfast. He walked downstairs and into the kitchen and smiled at seeing a clean stove, fridge, and cabinet here along with a counter. He took two eggs and some sausage out of the fridge and a skillet out of the cabinet before turning the stove on. He began to cook the breakfast for himself and Chris.

         “Come down and get some breakfast.” He shouted upstairs. He saw the demon boy walk down the stairs still a bit tired and shook his head. He put the food on the demon boy’s plate and his own. He sat the plates on the table with some milk in the living room.

         “Thank you, sir.” The demon boy said sitting down at the table and began eating his food. Katou nodded and sat down across from Chris. He began to eat his food as well.

         “You should take a bath after you’re done.” The vampire said pointing to the bathroom. The demon boy nodded and finished his breakfast. He got up and walked to the bathroom and shut the door behind him. He saw a white bathtub, a silver sink and a white toilet which he all though looked wonderful because the bathroom itself was an off white. He turned on the water and let it run while he got undressed. He turned off the water when the tub was almost full and got in.

         Chris began to wash himself clean, glad that nothing bad had happened yet. He finished washing his body and began to wash his hair. While he was washing his hair, the vampire was washing their dishes in the sink. The dishes were done and the vampire sat down on the couch in the living room and waited for the boy.

         The demon boy got done his bath and got out of the tub. He let the water drain as he got dressed. He wondered if the vampire had anything to comb his hair with. He walked out of the bathroom and down into the living room. He sat down beside the vampire.

         “Do you have a comb?” He asked Katou not looking at him.

         “Yes, I do.” Katou said getting up and going over to a desk and opening a drawer. He found a comb and sat back down after he shut the drawer. He handed the comb to Chris. The demon boy took the comb and began to brush his hair. He finished that and put the comb back in the desk drawer.

         “I’ll have to go out tonight so that I can get something to feed on.” Katou told the demon boy as the demon boy sat back down. Chris thought about offering Katou his blood and figured that it couldn’t hurt and it would be like paying the vampire back for everything he had done for him.

         “You can drink my blood, if you want to.” The demon boy said looking into the vampire’s red eyes. The vampire smirked and liked that idea. He figured that he could do just that right now. He wrapped an arm around the demon boy and licked a spot on his neck. The demon boy tilted his head to give Katou better access. Katou bit into the demon boy’s neck and let the blood flow into his mouth.

         He finished feeding and licked the wound shut so that only looked liked two scars. He laid the demon boy down on the couch and decided to let the demon boy get some rest to regain the blood that he lost. He went upstairs himself to get some things ready. He made the bed and checked his drawer for condoms and some lube. After he was sure that they were there he closed the drawer and made a promise to himself that he wouldn't do anything to Chris until he was ready and wanted to be more.

         Ch.6

         The demon boy woke up later that night and looked around. He at first wasn’t sure where he was but then he remembered that he was living with a vampire named Katou. He also remembered that he had let the vampire drink his blood as payback. He sat up and looked around for Katou in the living room.

         “Katou, Where are you?!” He yelled because he was scared that Katou had left him to fend for himself after he fed. Katou heard Chris and went downstairs. He sat beside the demon boy and rubbed his back.

         “I’m here, Chris, I wouldn’t leave you.” Katou told the demon boy as the demon boy rested his head on the vampire’s chest and wrapped his arms around the vampire’s waist. He had been scared but now he was relieved that the vampire was there with him.

         “I was scared that you had left me after you fed because that’s what my clan told me a vampire did.” Chris said to Katou with a sigh. Katou ran a hand through the demon boy’s brown hair and shook his head.

         “I would never leave you, you still need to be taken care of and I care about you.” Katou said happily that Chris was there and now he had someone to care for. He didn’t want anything bad to happen to Chris so he promised himself to never leave Chris alone for too long.

         Chris nuzzled against the vampire’s chest and his stomach growled which made him blush. He let go of Katou and smiled.

         “I’m a bit hungry.” Chris said and the vampire gave a simple nod before getting up and going to the kitchen. The demon boy sat down at the table in the living room and waited for his food. The vampire fixed steak and mixed vegetables and put apple juice in each of their glasses.

         Katou put the food on two separate places and brought them out to the table before sitting them down along with the glasses of apple juice. He sat down across from the demon boy and they both began to eat their food. They finished eating and the demon boy was the first to get up. He got their dishes and took them to the kitchen and began to wash them in the sink.

         The vampire gave a slight smile before getting up and saying “I’m going to go take a bath.” Chris gave a nod and continued to wash the dishes. Katou went upstairs to the bathroom. He went into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. He turned on the bath water so that it could fill up and get warm. He undressed and turned the tub up when it was halfway full before getting in.

         Katou sighed and said “I hope we continue to get along.” To himself before he grabbed the bar of soap and began to wash himself. He got done and got out of the tub. He got dressed and drained the tub before going downstairs. He got downstairs and saw Chris on the couch. Chris sat there on the couch waiting on Katou to come back down stairs because he wanted to hug him again and thank him for being so kind to him.

         Katou sat down on the couch only to be embraced by the demon boy. He was a bit shocked by this embrace but let it stay. The demon boy’s head nuzzled into his chest before Chris said “Thank you for being so kind to me.” In a quiet voice and Katou just ran a hand through the demon boy’s hair and his other hand rubbed the demon boy’s back.

         “It’s nothing, but I won’t leave you alone to fend for yourself.” Katou said as he looked through the window and saw the full moon. He knew that he only looked at the moon when something bad was going to happen and he just hoped it wasn't to Chris. He knew that Chris might leave in the morning but he would follow him to make sure no harm came to him. He heard the other yawn softly and figured it couldn't hurt to get some sleep. "Chris I think we should get some sleep." Katou said letting go of the other and getting up.

         Chris gave the other a nod before getting up and walking to the bedroom first with Katou following him. They got to the bedroom and both got in bed before saying their goodnights and falling asleep. Chris was beginning to trust Katou and hoped that he wasn't wrong about trusting him.


         Ch.7

         The morning sun came through the bedroom window waking Chris up as he felt Katou turn away from the bright light. Katou hated the sunlight and finally put the pillow over his head and Chris just laughed. Chris got out of bed and took a shower before eating something. He then began to clean the house which oddly took until nightfall. Katou finally got up at that time and went downstairs smiling and liking how clean the house was. He believed that everything with Chris was perfect but he was about to find out different.

         “Lets go visit your brother, Kye.” Katou suggested and Chris smiled and nodded in agreement. They both got ready and left the house. Chris followed behind Katou as they walked through the forest. Soon they were near where Kye would be and Chris saw his brother and smiled.

         “Hey, are you taking good care of Chris, Katou?” Kye asked. Katou nodded and Chris blushed softly.

         “He takes very good care of me but I still miss you.” Chris told Kye before giving him a hug and then stepping back.

         “Well you can visit me whenever you like and just be happy.” Kye told Chris and Chris smiled softly.

         “I’m going to head back so I can make dinner.” Chris said and Katou nodded before continuing to talk with Kye. Chris began to walk home by himself which would be a very bad idea he would soon find out. After walking for about 15 minutes he lost his way and ended up inside of a cave and saw two other vampires inside.

         “Oh dear, can we help you?” One of them asked.

         “Yes, it seems that I lost my way heading back to mine and Katou’s house.” Chris told the male vampire.

“Katou you say….hmmmm…” The male vampire said as he thought.

         “Could he mean the one that tricks people, Ai?” the other male vampire asked the other one.

         “He is the only one with that name, Jei.” Ai told Jei before turning to face Chris.

         “My dear boy, he tricked you…Very soon he will feed off of you and leave you to die. He probably told you that he loves you but that’s what he tells them all…” Ai explained to Chris who got very pissed at Katou after hearing that.

         “I’ll show him not to mess with my feelings and that probably wasn’t even my brother we were just talking to.” Chris said, very angry.

         “Yes, you are probably right my boy and you should stop him before he hurts another like you.” Jei said and then Chris left them not realizing that he had just fallen for a huge trick by those two.

         Chris walked out of the cave only to bump into Katou. Katou was happy to see Chris but Chris was very pissed to see Katou.

         “Chris, what’s wrong?” Katou asked and then wished he hadn’t.

         “You…that what’s wrong. You thought that you could trick me and then kill me after feeding off of me, I don’t think so.” Chris said, growling a bit at Katou.
