for two ladies trying to get into shape. Inspiration to perspiration for beautification!
Now let's stand up, and get on your feet,
Just start moving to the driving beat.
Flatten the abs and tighten your seat,
Eat more leafy greens, cut down on sweets.

Watch fat calories, not the fat grams,
On food labels of boxes and cans.
Soon jaws will drop and you hear, "Oh man!"
Think positive, be your biggest fan.

Tone up those muscles; pump them dumbbells.
Try and resist those good kitchen smells.
Do not give up or just say, "Oh well."
Keep pumping those legs and move like hell!

Get to looking better in due time.
Break those bad habits, you'll be just fine.
Keep holding your course and stay on line.
Don't give in to the sounds of whine.

Let your mind swim if sensing you'll drown.
Work that regimen and lose that frown.
Do this and look first-rate in that gown.
Pilate's can be done lying down!

Keep punching the bag and kickboxing.
Work out hard with each step; keep walking!
Soon all of your friends will be talking.
Who cares if the whole world is watching.

Now turning heads, another first date.
It's not real punishment when you look great.
How in the world did you lose that weight?
I got on my feet to participate!
