The End

Its hard to belive
The end has finally come
I never thought I would see the day
When my whole high school career
Would just fade away
I'm finally done
Thoughts for the future
Memories of the past
Everything went so fast
It seems like only yesterday
When I couldn't wait for today
The end is finally here
And although I'm feeling some fear
The next couple years will be a blast
With all the memories of the past
I hope college won't go so fast
I want to have time
To enjoy it while it lasts
Jsut a short time ago
I wanted out of this place so bad
Now when the time has come
It's actually kind of sad
When I realize that I'm done
So many memories have been made here
And as the end is near
I like to go back and think about these times
Since I'll never live them again
Looking back at the past
While looking ahead to the future
Where it will take me
I'm not yet quite sure
Hopefully my goals
For the future
Won't flee from me
As I look ahead to my future
Someday I hope to see
The key leading me to my goals
Wherever life takes me
In only a few short days
I hope I'm happy
As things move around me in a haze
