green grass, grass sacks, and giggles
If I told you that your clothes would stay clean rolling around in the grass. Or that in life the pal with all the wisdom came in last. But now that this journey's turned bitter and cold, just wanted to see if you would keep it together, as your life unfolds. By now the grace has barely settled in, and the passion that you feel in your heart recently petalled in, like school kids at play, just before the summer time. Already smelling the parks, pools, snacks, and good times. Even though I embrace you like pillows of joy, you're grown up. Never put you last always before my boys, my lady now. I respect that fact, so now that you've run along, I really need you back.
