God Is

God is here to walk with us
In times we seek Him most
And God is here to comfort us
In times we need Him most

He will not let you walk a path
That your feet cannot bear
Instead He'll carry you abroad
Until your feet this burden share

God will give you strength in time
When you feel quite near your end
And God will lift you in the light
When He calls you home again

There is nothing He cannot do
Or has not already done
He changes tide and day to night
He sets and rises the sun

There is no worry in the Lord
No haste, nor wasted time
He simply is and always will be
The Lord, our God, Divine
