the gulf at night

most visit the beach during the day and it is a beautiful sight but I love the eac at night. You feel the breezes that are cool and brisk, the waves crashing in are a wondrous melodic sound, as you walk the phosphorous in the sand sparkles like a million tiny diamonds, the sand itself is beautifully white like sugar and squeaks a bit as you walk, the skies are aglow with stars that feel so close that you almost want to reach up and touch them and if you are lucky you will see a few falling stars. The water looks like black glass except for the sea foam of the waves which is stark white in comparison. The quiet peaceful scene makes you know there is a God and thankful he blessed us with such beauty.
