Immersed

Instinct dwells in gut asylum
My heart rhythms innocuously
As I suspend on high in the altruistic veil
Impulse neglects in acrimony the plight
A shadow immersed into the light

Overcast immolates the substance
I befall privy
In the day and in the night
Reverie is afresh in flight
A shadow immersed into the light

To dual in revelation
Relative to its churlish shelter
Tower beyond granted height
Revere in reputation
A shadow immersed into the light
