Chapter 1: Dream a little dream

I'm falling, I can feel my body heat up as I enter earth's atmousphere. I can't beleive I left behind my only friend, just to save myself! "Spyro...I sorry!!!" I say as I fall to earth. Then I hear a voice say something; "Oblivate!" there is a flash of white light...and I wake up. "Wh...What do these dreams mean??!" I ask my self, "What does it all mean? Why was I falling? What was that voice? What was that light? Why can't I remember?!" As soon as I finish asking myself the same ol' questions, I hear Amy, in the distance scream "SSSSOOOONNNNIIIICCCC!!!" "Ay!" I say to myself, I wonder, does she have a microphone when she does that? I sigh and get up. As soon as I get up the entire room is shrouded in darkness. "What?!"

When the darkness lifts, I see that it was just the "Book of Shadows". It is always radiating darkness throughout the room when I feel angry, or when there is danger. 'I'm not feeling angry...So there must be danger.' I say in my mind. "You're right! There is danger afoot." says a voice in my room. I turn around and see Sonic, Knuckles, and Shadow standing in the door, aparently they read my mind, "Dude, you let your gaurd down, therefor left your mind right open for reading." says Sonic, "Well, I didn't think anyone would be in my room at one o' clock in the morning!" I say, "Calm down both of you, you'll only anger the book." says Shadow, and he's right, the more angry I am, the more angry and dark the "Book of Shdows" becomes.

"Listen, we need to keep the book from falling into the wrong hands now more than ever." says Shadow, "It's that time." "'That time?'" I repeat, "That time for...:gasp: It's the time when the planets line up, the moon of both the Shadow realm and the Earth are alined somehow, and...The "Book of Shadows" is most powerful!" I say, "This means that if that Lord Darkar guy you told me about get's his hands on the book... I don't want to think about it!" "It's not that bad...is it?" says Sonic, "You have no idea." I say, "You remember that spell I sealed in the book?" the nod, "Well it is only sealed untill the book is at it's most powerful. Which means that if Darkar get's his hands on the book then...he could rewrite all history, making him the one and only king of the world." "Oh that's bad." says Sonic, I go over to the book and open it to "Enubala Endenaba" which, in english, means "The spell of history."

"It's barly noticable." says Shadow, "Of course it is!" I say, "It will take longer for it to reveal itself to us for; we do not wish to use it. However, if Darkar get his hands on the book, it will speed up so fast, it could almost compare to our individual speeds." "Then we must seal the book off." says Knuckles, "We can't, we can only perform a protection spell." I say, "Unfortunatly that won't be very nice of you." says a voice behind us. "Why not just give it to me now?" "Darkar!" we all say at once, "Now why would I do a thing like that?" I ask, "Well, you could give it to me and I would spare you." says Darkar, what he doesn't know is that; I am useing telekoneises to draw the symbols of the protection spell. 'Keep him busy.' I say through mind-link, I use an invisibility spell and start moving around to finsih the spell.

As soon as the symbols are done, I say the incantation. Once I'm done, there is a flash of golden light, and all the symbols light up with the golden light. I become visible agian. Darkar has alredy left. "Where did he go to?" I ask, "Hey knew you were performing the spell and so he said 'I will have that book!' and left." says Sonic, "So how are we susposed to get to the book ourselves?" "Ah, now here's the interesting part of the spell, only the caster and allies of the caster may freely get past this barrier." I say, and to make my point, I walk right through the barrier and pick up the book. Then put the book down and walk out of the barrier. "See? It's just like an Ageline. Oh and here, this is "The Book of Azar." I say, as I hand them the book, "Whenever I use a technique consult the book, it will tell you all adout the move.""Now if you don't mind; please leave so I can get back to sleep." they all leave, I get back in be and go to sleep.

Then I hear a voice say something; "Oblivate!" there is a flash of white light and it pushes me further into the earth. I am still wondering how I could do such a thing to my friend. Then when I am about ten feet from the ground, my mind goes completly blank. Then at five feet, I wake up. "Whoa! That was new." I say, and go back to sleep.
